Hair is a long term investment, which gives you as profits beautiful compliments and recognition. But you need to be careful and should keep on nourishing your hair over and over again for retaining it. Hair care starts at home and if done rightly it is enough for ensuring longevity and strength. Throughout our glorious past in India there have been few ingredients that have stood the test of time and have nurtured hair and kept them beautiful for immeasurable people. So here are the ingredients and we know that they will work wonders for you too!

1. Curd and amla powder

Curd is a natural probiotic and it helps everywhere. It helps in keeping your stomach happy. It is used also for moisturizing the skin but most importantly it is used for fighting dandruff and in keeping the frizz away from hair, to give you silky hair. Amla powder or even lemon with curd can be used for boosting hair growth. Amla powder has Vitamin C which enhances hair growth. It is important to mix amla powder and curd well and then apply for 20 minutes with a shower cap on, so that no spilling happens. Then wash this paste off with shampoo and keep the dandruff away, forever! Simple, right?2. Eggs

Eggs are a great source of protein for body. When applied directly to hair they clean the dust and dandruff off, and also ensure higher keratin production which results in great Hair. It is important to use eggs mixed with honey and olive oil to get the added moisturizing for hair. This mixture should be blended and applied for an hour every second day in succession to ensure long and strong hair follicles.3. Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek seeds have been used in ancient India since thousands of years for hair care. Fenugreek seeds contains vitamin C, iron, protein, potassium and many other necessary components which help in preventing dandruff and hair loss. Users who have used it over long times have also seen a substantial hair regrowth. To use this component in a right manner, we have to leave fenugreek seeds in water overnight and then make a paste out of it the next day with mixing a little more water. Then apply the paste and keep it for 35 to 40 minutes and then wash it with water and shampoo your hair with mild sulphate-free solution for ensuring maximum results.4. Olive oil

Traditionally olive oil wasn’t produced in India. It came from Mediterranean regions and since its arrival it has been useful n just in cooking healthy food but also for ensuring healthy hair. The right way to apply olive oil is to heat it until lukewarm and then applying it generously to your scalp with the tip of your fingers for 5 minutes and then to apply it to your hair. Use atleast 4 or 5 tablespoons and if your hair is longer use more oil. Never heat your oil to boiling point because anything too hot in the scalp can cause hair fall. After application keep it for 2 hours and then wash it with mild sulphate-free shampoo and watch your hair get stronger everyday. Olive oil has antioxidants, fatty acids, vitamin E which will keep your long and forever strong.

All these products are everyday items and should be available easily. But it is also important to remember that hair health is just like body health, you need to keep on exercising to keep it fit. So these items will not produce immediate results. You have to learn to be patient and then see your results. And for every other doubt and solution you always have Hair Free Hair Grow as your hair caretaker and expert.
